Michael Milani

Chief Executive Officer
Michael Milani is Chief Executive Officer of Mondeum Capital, where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations. He has been involved in active trading and financial technology for over 25 years, with a skillset spanning financial technology, trading systems and risk management. Throughout his career, he has helped firms carry out ambitious business strategies, achieve rapid growth, develop new products and asset classes and recruit and manage large teams. Michael holds a B.S. from Villanova University.

Preston Haxo

Chief Compliance Officer

Preston Haxo is Chief Compliance Officer at Mondeum Capital, where he oversees compliance, trade surveillance and client services. He brings an extensive background in securities regulation, supervisory controls, risk identification and brokerage rules. Before joining Mondeum, he spent over six years working in Member Supervision at FINRA, where he continues to serve as a Dispute Resolution Arbitrator. Preston holds a B.A. from Trinity College, an MBA from Villanova University and a CRCP from Georgetown University.

Timothy Larason

Chief Technology Officer, MISC

Timothy Larason is Chief Technology Officer at Mondeum International Service Centre (MISC), where he provides technology support to Mondeum Capital, helping to manage the firm’s technological strategies and plans. Before joining MISC, he was CTO at Score Priority, an agency broker-dealer that rebranded as Lime Financial in 2022, where he led a team of 25 technologists. Before that, he held senior technology roles at E-Trade, GBST and Barclays Investment Bank, where he owned the firm’s electronic trading in the Americas. Timothy holds a B.S. from Lehigh University.

Timothy is not registered with Mondeum Capital. MISC is an affiliate that provides support services to Mondeum Capital through the use of a Service Level Agreement.

Ekaterina Jaramillo

Director of Sales and Marketing
Ekaterina Jaramillo is Director of Sales and Marketing at Mondeum Capital, where she works directly with the executive team to support all aspects of the firm’s operations. She plays key roles across multiple areas of the business, from human resources to marketing and client services. Before joining Mondeum, she held administrative and operational roles at several companies spanning the financial technology and healthcare sectors. Ekaterina holds a B.A. from Saint Petersburg State University and an M.A. from the University of Miami.
